We’re re-introducing and re-welcoming William Ruben Helms, a music writer and photographer who has been with the WhiskeyDregs since its incarnation as a multi-media, masturbatory celebration of art and literature.

He is easily one of the best music writers out there and has given the WD the professional depth its needed and passionate observation that many love. Naturally he was bumped because of the direction our publication is heading and, truly honestly, there’s no one else we would want to fill this position.

In celebration of this act, he composed this week’s playlist while Jenn is away, moving her stuff into her new home.
