Like of the Week: MTV’s Brand New Fashion/Music Fusion
For all you style-obsessed music lovers out there, there is now a site that blends the two simultaneously in perfect unison!
MTV has just launched their very own fashion-based website titled style.mtv.com, and blends cutting edge style worn by your favorite artists, to the most current in tips and trends, as well as the latest interviews from some your favorite MTV reality stars and chart-toppers. As MTV stated, “MTV Style is fashion at full volume.”
All your music/fashion questions can be found and answered here! Who’s the creative genius behind Gaga’s platform 12-inch heel-less booties that caused her to eat it big time in London the other day? What does Ed Westwick prefer to wear on the beach? Which menswear line is “Bulletproof” singer, La Roux’s, favorite? Are Katy Perry and Russell Brand reaaaaally going to get matching latex wedding ensembles?
It’s all there so check it out!
Dislike of the Week: American Apparel’s BUTT Towels (Yeah…you heard me right…)
Have you ever wanted to rub yourself down with a burly, unattractive and slightly overweight man? Well, if that’s the sort of thing that floats your boat then look no further, because for only $45 you can do just that. How, you ask?
BUTT Magazine has joined forces with American Apparel to promote their collection of in-your-face towels, featuring men in a variety of compromising positions that come in pink and black (click the link above to buy and or get a closer look, but be warned…these boys let it alllllllll hang out!).
I personally find these absolutely cringe-worthy but I suppose they could come in quite handy for the next beach trip or office gag gift party.
The only redeemable quality is that a portion of proceeds go toward an organization that offers housing to LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender) youths. Great cause, yes… but couldn’t we donate without having to see a hairy man’s cock in the process?!
