I.

Yes, after one year of digging through loads of dirt, we’ve finally found the exit. The first year is supposed to be the most difficult when establishing a publication such as ours but thanks to many wonderful maniacs and fiends out there, we’ve reached all of our goals, even surpassing a few  as well.

II.

The Whiskey Dregs, for me, has always been more than an online rag. It was a place to find people who think and work similarly to our philosophy (See: Who Are We? section). It’s boggling how many like-minded people there are out there. So let the tradition of rubbing matches and lighting egotist fires continue. The coming year will bring more friends, more opportunities, and more stories, uniquely told with our own kind of garnish.

III.

For the month of May, we’ll expose the behind-the-scenes stories of the articles, stories, pictures we’ve posted. Some people may be indicted as a result. For that, I apologize. I didn’t mean anything by it.
